Diet Day 23
Diet for Wednesday September 23
Rising:
Glass milk
Breakfast:
1/2 grapefruit, rolled oats, 8 prunes, 1/4 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1tsp honey, cinnamon. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Lunch: Tuna salad. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
Slice pineapple. 1tbsp mixed nuts.
Dinner:
Falafel (2 patties), potato, onion, cabbage, tomato. Slice pineapple. Coffee. Vinegar water.

Diet Day 22
Diet for Tuesday September 22nd:
Rising:
Glass milk
Breakfast:
1/2 grapefruit. 2 slices wholemeal toast with 125g sardines in tomato sauce. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Lunch:
Nut salad. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
1 slice pineapple, 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt.
Dinner:
Vegetable fritatta. Coffee. Vinegar water.

Diet Day 21
Diet for Monday September 21st.
Rising:
Glass milk.
Breakfast:
1 orange, rolled oats, 1tbsp wheat germ, 1/4 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, tsp honey, cinnamon. Coffee, Vinegar water.
Lunch:
Egg salad. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
Slice cantalaupe, 1/2 cup yoghurt.
Dinner:
TVP mince with onion, capsicum, garlic, corn, cabbage. Pasta. (1/3 cup uncooked). Coffee. Vinegar water.

Deit Day 20
I’ve had a few crazy days where I have not had a chance to update this, so rather than go back and try to catch up I will simply start from yesterday, Sunday September 20.
Rising:
Glass of milk.
Breakfast:
Rolled oats, 2tbsp bran, 1/4 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, 4 strawberries, 1tsp honey, cinnamon. Coffee.
Lunch:
2 slices wholemeal toast, 1 tomato, approx 200g baked beans. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
1 apple, slice cheese, coffee.
Dinner:
Sushi. Coffee. Vinegar water.

Diet Day 15
Diet for Tuesday September 15
Rising:
Glass water, 1/2 grapefruit
Breakfast:
2 slices wholemeal toast with 125g sardines in tomato sauce. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Lunch:
Cheese salad. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
1 banana, 1 tbsp mixed nuts
Dinner:
Savoury mince – approx 200g mince, 1 cup mixed veg, 1 onion, pasta (1/3 cup dry measure), barbeque sauce. Coffee. Vinegar water.

Diet Day 10
Diet for Thursday September 10th
Rising:
Glass water, mandarin.
Breakfast:
2 wheatbix, 6 dates, 1/4 cup low fat plain yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp honey, cinnamon. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Lunch:
Salmon salad. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
Chicken sandwich ( at function.)
Dinner:
Vegetable fritatta. Coffee. Vinegar water.

Diet Day 9
Diet Wednesday September 9th
Rising:
Glass water, 1/2 grapefruit
Breakfast:
Porridge, 6 prunes, 1/4 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1tsp honey, cinnamon. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Lunch:
Minestrone, approx 25g cheese, 2 slices wholemeal toast drizzled with olive oil. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
1 Banana, 2 brazil nuts.
Dinner:
Approx 150g canned salmon, couscous, mixed vegetables, tomato, beetroot. Coffee. Vinegar water.
(I had an evening appointment and was running late, so dinner was a quick throw-together, but still, I think, reasonably healthy.)

Diet Day 8
Diet Tuesday September 8th.
Rising:
Glass water, 1/2 grapefruit
Breakfast:
2 slices wholemeal toast, 125g sardines in tomato sauce. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Lunch:
Nut salad – carrot, cucumber, celery, tomato, 1/4 avocado, corn, capsicum, fresh herbs, 2tbsp nut mix, 1tpsp seed mix. Oyster sauce, chilli sauce. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
6 strawberries, 1/2 cup yoghurt.
Dinner:
3 bean stew with wholemeal dumplings. Coffee. Vinegar water.

Diet Day 7
Diet Monday September 7th.
Rising:
Glass water, 1 kiwifruit.
Breakfast:
Rolled oats, 1tbsp wheatgerm, 1/3 cup plain low fat yoghurt, 1tsp honey, 1/2 cup milk, cinnamon. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Lunch:
Egg salad – 2 hardboiled eggs, carrot, cucumber, celery, tomato, onion, 1/4 avocado, corn, fresh herbs, oyster sauce, chilli sauce. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack:
1 banana, 1 tbsp nut mix
Dinner:
Baked fish with tomato, onions and garlic. Pumpkin, cauliflower, eggplant, beans. Green tea. Vinegar water.

Diet Day 6
Diet for Sunday September 6th. (Exercise day off.)
Rising -
Glass water, mandarin
Breakfast -
Porridge – 1/3 cup rolled oats (dry measure), 2 tbsp processed bran, 1/4 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1tsp honey, cinnamon. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Lunch -
Curried cauliflower soup with 1tbsp crushed walnuts. 2 slices wholemeal toast drizzled with olive oil. Coffee. Vinegar water.
Snack -
1 banana, approx 50g cheese
Dinner -
Sweet potato and salmon patties (total approx 150g canned salmon, same sweet potato), mashed potato, asparagus, broccoli, peas, beetroot. Licorice tea. Vinegar water.
